Delete your account

For customers of businesses that use Ziponn

In the app

Open the app you order from, go to Account, then Settings, and choose Delete account. We'll text a code to the phone number on your account to confirm it's you.

Without the app

Email jeremiah@ziponn.com from the email address on your account, or include the phone number on it, and tell us which business's app you use. We'll confirm with you and delete it.

What's deleted, and what's kept

You're signed out everywhere at once, and your phone number, email, saved addresses and saved cards are deleted. The business keeps a record of past orders for its books and taxes. The name and delivery address on an order are kept for 120 days after it was placed, in case of a payment dispute, and then removed.
