Ziponn

Terms of Service

Ziponn LLC · Last updated October 2026

1. These terms

These terms govern the use of Ziponn's software and services (the "Service") provided by Ziponn LLC ("Ziponn," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you use the Service for a business, you agree on behalf of that business ("you," the "Business").

2. What Ziponn provides

Ziponn is software that lets a Business run its own ordering: customer apps and websites in its brand, a driver app, and a console for stores, menus, delivery, deals and payouts. The Business sells its own goods and services to its own customers. Ziponn is not a party to those sales and does not prepare, sell or deliver food or goods.

3. Accounts

4. The Business's responsibilities

5. Payments

Customer payments are processed by Stripe and paid out to the Business's own connected account, subject to Stripe's terms. Ziponn does not store full card numbers. The Business pays Ziponn the subscription and per-order fees in its plan, which may be charged to its payment method on file. Fees are non-refundable except where the law or its plan says otherwise. We may change fees with advance notice.

6. Acceptable use

You will not use the Service for anything unlawful or fraudulent; to send spam; to try to access another Business's data; to interfere with, overload or probe the Service; or to copy, resell or reverse-engineer it except as the law allows.

7. Data

The Business owns its data and its customers' and drivers' data. Ziponn processes that data to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. A Business can ask for an export of its data when it leaves.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but it may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance or by events outside our control. We improve the Service over time and may change or retire features, with notice for changes that materially reduce it.

9. Ending the service

A Business can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms, non-payment, or to protect the Service or other users, with notice where reasonable.

10. Disclaimers and limits

The Service is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. Ziponn is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or the acts of a Business, its customers, stores or drivers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees the Business paid Ziponn in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Text messages

When a Business uses Ziponn to send texts, recipients can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, and message and data rates may apply. Businesses must only send messages their customers and drivers have agreed to receive.

12. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. We may update them; we will post the new version here and tell Businesses about significant changes in advance.
